Good to excellent: constantly improving customer service
Embracing your customer is extremely valuable in a growing complex and competitive financial market. It’s how you can make the difference. But in what way can you constantly keep improving your customer experience? Robin is placing his bets on combining data driven digital processes with human affection. By performing this strategy, he is aiming for both a fulltime customer accessibility (anyplace and at all times) and a personal and tailored service.
Robin is the Commercial Director of Consumer Products at Achmea, one of the largest insurance companies in the Netherlands. He is also part of the board of KCS in Utrecht and before Achmea, he was VP Consumer Operations at KPN Mobile. Robin was born in the lively seventies and studied Psychology at the University of Amsterdam. Over the past few years, he has gained experience in Marketing, Sales and General Management and he is constantly pursuing the phrase ‘Getting things done’.
