For the last 10 years, Robert Gaal has founded 2 companies (one of which was acquired by GfK) and became a product manager at Google. In this talk, he'll share some of his findings on how teams can work together to build and grow a product, by prioritizing on the basis of demand, data and delight.

Robert Gaal is the managing director of TQ, a curated tech space in the heart of Amsterdam. At 20 years of age, he started his first company Wakoopa, which was acquired by GfK. Shortly after he founded Karma, which received funding from 500 Startups and DFJ. He then joined Google as one of the first product managers on a new product. He was named Europe's Top Young Entrepreneur by BusinessWeek and is a TechStars alumni.
