More Information
Description:

Based on a CBInsights analysis of 101 Startup Post-Mortems the number one reason Startups fail is "No Market Need". Most startup founders have an awesome idea but they are not solving a tengable problem customers recognise. I will show you how not to fail with your startup. Together we will focus on getting a clear understanding of the problem you are solving. In a workshop I will help you setup a sprint to better understand the actual problem your customer faces. We will look at your customers: Pains, Gains and the Job he is doing. I will show you how not to fail with your startup.
