Chance will talk about how he helped bring an international team together to start Doghead Simulations, a virtual reality startup that’s changing the way we work. His talk will cover social presence in VR and future of work using rumii, their virtual reality software.

**Chance Glasco** is co-founder and CCO of Doghead Simulations, an internationally based VR startup working on rumii, an app for collaboration and teleconferencing in VR. Chance had his start in the game industry by working on Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. After a successful first game he left in 2002 to become a co-founder of Infinity Ward, the original studio behind the Call of Duty franchise. His continued work lead to five Call of Duty titles with Infinity Ward. Chance's titles have sold over 90 million copies and generated over 4 billion dollars in revenue. In addition to working with art and animation in games, Chance has a background international media relations and has been featured as a guest speaker around the world.***
